I found the phpMyAdmin project is released new major released version 2.8.0.2. It change to improvement features.

The new feature in phpMyAdmin

1. Easy to configuraiton from webbase eg. http://yourdomain.tld/phpMyAdmin/scripts/setup.php
2. Support configuration memmory limit in export/import fuction.
3. Support mysqli extension.
4. Can manage web layout if you want.
5. and etc...
