Thank you for Drupal Thai!

I am working on a Drupal multisite which will need a Thai user interface. I am relatively new to Drupal. Do I need "PHP mbstring extension" (in settings/string handling) to display Thai characters correctly?

What is the easiest way to install the Thai translation? I can read simple Thai, but it would be easier for me if I could switch between Thai and English menus. How did you make this possible on howforge.com?

I would like to type some content in Thai (keep all the interfaces in English). Now, I'm using Drupal 5.1 with installed locale module & Thai enable and tinymce editor But when I typed the contents in Thai, It shown only "?????????" instead of Thai language!

Could you pls suggest me how to deal with this situation?

It depends on several factors

Sorry for a dumb question, but I really can't get, what HELLS is?...

Thai translation in Drupal is still incomplete, there are plenty room for your help. Just install the "locale" module, download the existed translation from Drupal site (you need to choose "cvs", not 4.7.x) and start your work.
Contact me or Sugree again when you think your translation is ready. You can translate any module you'd love to.
